No — websites not built by twiw.work can be supported too. The only requirement is that the site is built on Wix Studio and that I can be granted access. Just get in touch and I'll take a quick look.
The minimum term is 3 months. After that, the plan is cancellable monthly — simply via email by the 15th of the previous month. No complicated notice periods, no hassle.
Additional hours are billed transparently at €65/hr — always agreed in advance. Alternatively, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time.
Depending on the plan, within 24 to 72 hours. For urgent matters, just send a quick WhatsApp — I'm usually quick to respond.
Yes — switching is possible at any time from the next month, both up and down. Just let me know by email.
